Our reception office is located at 793 Main Street, Blowing Rock. Hours are 9:30AM to 6PM daily. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to improve and enhance the guest experience for all of our guests.
If you will be arriving later than 6PM, please call the hotel prior to your arrival to arrange after-hours check-in. Guests checking in after-hours should plan to arrive at Meadowbrook Inn (711 Main Street, Blowing Rock). If you would like to check in earlier, please give us a call and we will try to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Because we are a small property, cancellations affect us greatly. Please see our cancellation policy below. All cancellations must be confirmed with an email.
- Cabins – 7 Day Cancellation Required for all Cabins. Azalea Cabin reservations must be cancelled by 3PM seven (7) days prior to arrival. For any cancellations within seven (7) days of arrival, guest’s credit card will be charged a cancellation fee totaling 100% of room+tax for the reservation.
- Rooms – 2 Day Cancellation Required for all Rooms. For all Standard King, Double Queen and Deluxe King rooms, reservations must be cancelled by 3PM, two (2) days prior to arrival. For any cancellations within two (2) days of arrival, guest’s credit card will be charged a cancellation fee totaling one night room+tax for the reservation.
No Pets Policy
Although we are pet lovers too, we must keep our rooms and cabins pet-free. A minimum charge of $300 will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file if pets are found to have been in a room or cabin.
No Smoking
North Carolina is a smoke-free state. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Inn and Cabins. Violation of this policy is subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed outside, however, we ask that you use the dispensers provided and not throw butts on the grounds or in the parking lot.
Payment Types Accepted
We accept payment by credit card only. We do not accept cash or checks.
Security Deposit Policy
At check-in, the hotel will place an authorization on your credit card for the total balance plus $50 for incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any delays, fees or charges
